These are my new expanders. I got them yesterday. It feels weird right now. I cannot eat taffy, tootsie rolls, star bursts, or sugar daddies. And I can't eat hard foods like candy , some candies are not hard. And the rest I can still eat. The little hole in the middle is for the key. We turn it once a day, 20 times. I have to keep my expander in for 6 months.

I had head gear when I was younger. It attached to the inside of my mouth and wrapped around the back of my head. Sometimes my mouth was sore, but it was worth it!
